BA College of Wooster- MPS Hotel & Restaurant Management, Cornell University-Teacher Certification in Family & Consumer Sciences

This is my seventh year of teaching at FlexTech.  I bring to Flextech many years of  Food and Beverage experience in a variety of roles including supervisory, management and directorship as well as in a diversity of industry sectors including restaurant, catering, vending, hotel, cafe,  and contract feeding.  The opportunity to share my knowledge, experience and passion for hospitality as a life skill and possible vocation excites and challenges me to engage students to work together to create dishes that can be enjoyed and shared.

Personally

I am married, have 2 adult children and a Chinese Crested dog.  I am a foodie who loves to cook, travel, explore nature, read and train for triathlons. I am passionate about listening to people, their stories and challenges and take great satisfaction in seeing them find their voice and passion.
