Our students are hard at work preparing for Project Showcase! One of the fan favorite projects each year is the gingerbread houses that the culinary students design, bake, decorate, and build. These homes are all customized, and many are designed fully by students. Students must use mathematical skill, culinary understandings, and artistry to create these structures. We hope you'll check these out, as well as many more student projects, this Thursday from 3:30-5pm at Project Showcase!
